Breakfast Club

Opening times: 8.00am till 8.30am every school day

Price:               £1.00 per day 

What do we do? 

At breakfast club we serve a variety of five or more different types of cereals each day. To complement this there is also a selection of yoghurts, fresh fruits, juices and tea available for the pupils to select from.Pupils are encouraged to help each other and make their own choice of cereal.

We recently carried out a survey of what the parents and pupils thought about the breakfast club. It came to our attention that it was unclear to the parents how much variety was on offer each day and the Government Guild lines that we have to adhere to.

To clarify this we have added some photos for you to see and a link to the Food Standards Guide, that as a Healthy School we need to follow.

 

Activities at Breakfast Club

We have different activities planned each day for the pupils to participate in including a book corner.

We have breakfast club behaviour rules and an exceptionally helpful pupil or pupils are rewarded each week.  

The school staff also attend this club.
